Imagine Your Story with the 2020 Summer Reading Challenge! We will celebrate literature from the fantasy, folk tale, fairy tale and mythology genres and will host dozens of virtual programs for all ages. Sign up for the summer reading challenge here.

STEMulating Monday Summer Schedule:
-June 1: Can we build a wagon strong enough to carry Paul Bunyan's giant knapsack?
-June 8: Let's work together to help the prince scale Rapunzel's tower
-June 15: Johnny Appleseed needs help fencing his orchard. Join us as we learn how to do it.
-June 22: Learn about the tale of Three Billy Goats Gruff and help us construct a bridge to protect the goats from the trolls below.
-June 29: Help us create different basket designs to hold Little Red Riding Hood's apples.
-July 6: Help John Henry race a steam-powered machine.
-July 13: Help us protect the Three Little Pigs and build a house that can't be blown down.
-July 20: Help us build a chair that even Goldilocks can't break.
-July 27: Help us as we float the Gingerbread Man across a river.

-June 16: Make your own cartouche like the ancient Egyptians had. Supplies needed: flour, salt, toothpick, paint, paint brushes.
-June 23: Test your Legend of Zelda knowledge and play trivia with us.
-June 30: Make a fun dragon marionette! Grab & Go Kits will be available at the Main and Ouachita Valley Branches, while supplies last.
